What are the payment options?
We currently accept VISA, VISA Electron, Master Card, Amex, China Union Pay, JCB, Diners, Discover, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Clearpay.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout, where exact estimates are always shown before you pay. Processing times also vary by product — you'll find the specific processing time on each item's product page, since more detailed personalised pieces can take longer to create than simpler items.
Do you ship internationally, and who pays customs fees?
Yes, we ship worldwide. All the customes fees are included in the prices so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it — just email us at support@glitteringresinart.com. Once production has started on your item, we're unable to cancel it, as it's being made specifically for you. Full details are in our Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy.
I have a problem with my order, what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible by emailing support@glitteringresinart.com, and we'll sort it out. Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days (UK) or 30 days (international) if unused and in original condition. Personalised items aren't eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Do you offer gift wrapping and packaging?
Yes — we're happy to gift wrap any item, and can include a personalised message or note so your gift arrives ready to give. Just let us know in the notes at checkout.
What is resin art, and is it durable?
Our pieces are handcrafted using premium epoxy resin, which cures into a strong, glass-like finish. It's durable and long-lasting when cared for properly, though as with any handmade material, slight natural variations — such as tiny air bubbles — can occur and are part of what makes each piece unique.
Is your resin food safe?
Yes — we use a food-safe certified resin. Please note that resin needs a full 21-30 days to completely cure before it reaches its final, food-safe state. Once fully cured, the piece is completely safe and stable for everyday use.
Can I request a custom colour, design, or personalisation?
Yes — customisation is at the heart of what we do. Message us before ordering, or leave a note at checkout, and we'll do our best to bring your idea to life. With any custom order, you'll have my direct guidance and communication throughout — from your very first message right through to delivery — so you always know what's happening and feel confident in what you're receiving.
Do you make memorial keepsakes with ashes, fur, or a collar?
Yes. Many of our memorial pieces can incorporate a pet or loved one's ashes, fur, a collar, or photos. After placing your order, simply get in touch by email and I'll send you full details on how to safely package and post these items to me. As with all custom pieces, I'll guide you through every step of the process personally, from your first message until your keepsake arrives.
Can you preserve real flowers in resin?
Yes — floral preservation is one of our specialities, whether from a wedding, a memorial, or another meaningful occasion. After placing your order, get in touch by email and I'll send you clear instructions on how to prepare, package, and send your flowers to me safely. I'll be with you every step of the way, from your first message through to your finished keepsake arriving at your door.
